I read trough the article again, and it seems it works on Windows Explorer's network tab before. It's hard to believe the SMB would suddenly stop the service on PC or on the NAS. Do you install some software on your PC recently that might changed your laptop settings?

As I remember, the latest firmware version of nas320 is 4.75(AANV.2)C0, the 4.80 may be the firmware for NAS325v2 I think.

Can you see other 5G SSID with your NWD6602 adapter? Maybe the adapter could see other SSID but not the Android mobile SSID.

I think you can set the Na326 on the same subnet as your router. You can configure the NAS with the IP address 192.168.1.150, a subnet mask of 255.255.255.0, and set the gateway to 192.168.1.1.
