cestino nelle cartelle condivise sparito

Salve, posseggo un Nas mod 326. Ho creato delle cartelle condivise e ho successivamente creato 3 account con permessi diversi (admin, utente1, utente2) e ho attivato il cestino. Provato il cestino e tutto funzionava. Ora a distanza di qualche mese cerco la cartella cestino all'interno della cartella condivisa ma non la trovo più. Come mai? nessuno ha spostato o cancellato nulla.
