Hey guys, tomorrow (4th Oct) will be released new version of MAC OS, called Catalina. Do you have new SecuExtender for it ready? We have tried the MAC OS Catalina BETA and SecuExtender 1.1.8 doesn't work! Do we know when or how this will be fixed? Thanks! Kind regards!

Hi @Blabababa Not sure why, but for me and my colleagues works fine - solution 1 and 2 as well. I will try today couple more times (and I will let you know), I guess, the most important thing is to remove all files what SecuExtender 1.1.7 created on your MAC (I found them by command 'find / -name "*zyx*"', I was going…

@erts @Alex68 @Ricardo @LucaCo @kyssling @Blabababa @Bernd @Alexander_Alan @Nac6 @philippegervaix Guys SecuExtender 1.1.5 is compatible with OS Mojave. 1.) If you have brand new OS Mojave or MAC, feel free to download the 1.1.5 version and everything will work 2.) In case you already installed 1.1.7 on your MAC (even on OS…

For others, who will face this (not sure if we are safe now, but looks that it helped a bit): Looks like upgrade of the firmware helped. - previous version of firmware: V4.31(AAPK.0) - current version: V4.31(AAPK.1)ITS-WK27-r84664

Hi @Zyxel_Stanley Even the restart of the interface didn't help in this case. Do you have some evidence, that Windows SecuExtender has issues with stability? Because it happens quite often for several users. Just reboot (sometimes twice) of their own device helps and sometimes don't. Thanks!

@Ian31 I found this solution too, I considered it, but I was looking for solution, what would be pretty easy for basic users to perform automatically. Anyway thanks a lot!

Thanks for reply @Blabababa and @Ian31 ! AWS CloudWatch uses their own CloudWatch agent, that's true. Yesterday I connected it to Logentries - there is possible to use 'Plain TCP/UDP Forwarding (Legacy)', for more info, read here. But it is crazy bad that ZyXEL doesn't have nothing better (secured), with security token or…

Hi @Zyxel_Stanley @Zyxel_Charlie I am sending you screenshots of device where it works (left) and device where it suddenly doesn't work (right). I can't see difference between your/ours OK and NOK :/ can you help? Only think what I can see, you have in Network connection details IPv4 Default Gateway and IPv4 DNS Server the…

Hi Stanley, I am afraid that you didn't get my point, all these settings are properly set (I believe), the issue is, when I add another user to l2tp_test_group, the connection is not possible. The first (original) user in the group is able to connect to AWS but another user is not. The new user is just able to connect into…

@Zyxel_Cooldia, thank you! May I ask you what VPN module is installed on your Linux [Ubuntu 18.04 LTS]? And what file 'Configuration file' (name and destination) you meant? Appreciate your help!

@Zyxel_Cooldia thx, I will do it and I will let you know! Can you provide me some manual? Or the best would be to provide me your setting from USG and Ubuntu (to see how did you set it up). I could follow and try as well. I appreciate your help! Thank you!

Hi @Zyxel_Cooldia It was attached in 'ubuntu_16_04' as well, screenshot in the attachment of this message. Thank you for your help in advance.

Hi @Zyxel_Cooldia , thanks for your reply! I tried from two linux devices today (Ubuntu 16.04 and Fedora r27). In the attachment you can find the logs from journalctl from both devices. “Phase1 Algorithms” is set to 3des-sha1 in Zyxel settings and in linux connection as well.“Phase2 Algorithms” to 3des-sha1 in Zyxel…
