Hi,As I know the disk size could only be increased in the disk group.If you would like to create a size 9 TB volume, I think you need to recreate a new volume on the NAS.

You can try different browser to access and check. Or maybe try different devices to access the NAS, try to acces by a different computer or a mobile.

Hi, After reset, if there is an router above the NAS, you can check the dhcp table to see what IP address do the NAS get.You can try to access the NAS from the IP address on the dhcp table.You can also try to ping the IP address to see if the IP address is available to ping from your PC.

If you're not able to check the dhcp table on the router,you can try to do IP scan and check which IP address does the NAS get.

Hi, It seems there is no WPS function on the Multy X.I think Multy X do not support WPS function.

Hi, If you have router above the NAS, you can check DHCP table on the router and see which IP does NAS device get from the router. Or you can directly connect ethernet cable between NAS and laptop and try to access http:/192.168.1.1 on the browser to access NAS.

Hi, You can check the privilege settings on the users.Maybe the file is not available for user to read/access

I think you can do the backup first and try to change the first HDD on NSA325v2.You can check your user settings on NSA and check if the user full privilege to access share folder.
