HI Pls let me know where to find teh log files also per you advice i emptied the directory \\<NAS>\admin\zy-pkgs\MetaRepository\ and refreshed teh package. it again showed the same list i see only these two in my list. Appreciate your advice

HI i followed the instructions provided in the linkhttps://zyxel.diskstation.eu/Users/Mijzelf/zypkg-repo/ i was able to install upto MetaRepository. i'm not able to find PLEX for installation. Can you pls help me. Also the default apps are also gone. Appreciate you advice
