  yes looks that way if Dynu sends back nochg this means your IP is the same it saw last time by Dynu but then because nochg is not a IP this looks to make the effective IP not show anything.

  It is working correctly with them settings to make it work the way you want change VPN Server Address Type IP address IP Address 0.0.0.0 NAT Traversal custom IP or domain name then you domain name

  It is new out the box? Normally first power up it will well must download the update. If it old and never been kept update date then you can download the new firmware from https://portal.myzyxel.com/…

  I think at the start of the Coins program it was double Coins for a limited time but you never know that might happen again.
