Hi @Americo1971, After checking your account, we found you were using "sign in with other platforms". Please use this method to sign in. The forget password function only works when your account does not connect to other platforms.

Hi @iTom, Based on the NCC status of your screenshot, please help to check: Can the AP resolve the NTP server 0.pool.ntp.org ? Does your firewall block port 443? The certificate problem might be related to port 443 being blocked. If the above are passed, please help to enable Zyxel support access so we can check.

Hi @usman, Please help to clarify: What's your switch, AP, controller, and firewall model? What's your topology and the VLAN configuration on the firewall and switch? Does your firewall enable the DHCP server on the related VLAN interface? What's your SSID setting?

Hi @zymat6816, To test, I made a SSH session with Putty: after a succesfull login I typed 'exit' command which made the session "inactive", but did not close the window as it normally does. May I know which putty version are you using? I will check this issue in my lab with putty again.
