Hi Mark937261, If you know where the operator's base stations are, please place the NR5103E near the window that is facing the base stations. Further, please check the hardware antenna switch near the Ethernet port. If you do not connect external antennas, please ensure the hardware antenna switch is at "INT". Regards, Bob
