Very bad connection on NR5103E

Hello, i live in Sweden and moved to a new place like 5km from my old house where my NR5103E worked very well i had low ping while gaming around 30 and ok internet speeds like 100mpbs+ but now the internet speed is very slow like 10-20mbps but sometimes it just randomly goes up to 100mbps+ and falls again i tried playing cs2 this morning and got around 1200 ping and im connected with a lan cable the same is one the phone while watching tiktok the videos barely load so could somebody help me please.

    Hi Mark937261,

    If you know where the operator's base stations are, please place the NR5103E near the window that is facing the base stations.

    Further, please check the hardware antenna switch near the Ethernet port. If you do not connect external antennas, please ensure the hardware antenna switch is at "INT".
