@Darkorca, If the problem still persist after pressing the reset button, my suggestion is to contact your local support for further help.
-
@Dimitris58, Can't you upgrade your device back to the previous working version?
-
@med_cezir, I am a little bit confused. So what you mean is you have a FTP server which is connected behind the VMG3625-T20A?
-
@med_cezir, what account do you use to log in FTP? Where is the destination you upload your files? And what is the firmware version you are using?
-
@demonico,What is the firmware version of VMG8825-T50K you are using? What OS is used in your PC?
-
@Rustam, What is the current firmware version are using now?As I know there is a possibility that this product is a phased out product so you won't be able to find it out on Zyxel's website.
-
@Gniptsaf, Do you connect to 2.4GHz or 5GHz wireless network? Have you tried to disable the WiFi security to not using password and see if your Nvidia Shield k1 android tablet can connect to the router or not?
-
@hesido, Do you mean without any change the WiFi is disabled automatically and then you have to log in WebGUI to enable it?
-
@Charly,Have you tried to set it up with a different port number? I think 80 port is used.
-
@cfcc2020,From your description, what you really need is a Wireless repeater and from the manual you mentioned, I also can't find how to configure it to be a repeater. Maybe it doesn't support this feature.
-
@txmxer, Suggest you to create a new post to ask your question because VMG8825-B50B is not a NAS but a CPE (router). Since your question is about NAS not CPE, I think this is not a correct post for your problem.
-
@SteelRodent,Have you tried to scan your environment to analyze the WiFi signal around your home? From your description, it is suggested to contact Zyxel's local support team for a further support.
-
@Charly, Could you show us your test steps with the values you set (step by step)? It would be better if you can also take some screenshots to show how you configure the port forwarding rule to meet the problem.
-
@Connor, The model name you mentioned can't be found in Zyxel's official website. Can you take photos of your router including the back label? (You can hide the serial number and password information for security concern)
-
@cfcc2020, Which user account do you use to access the WebGUI?
