It's a challenge to find out what may be the issue on this. If it is due to the policy block or limitation, it should not work normally at the first moment. Maybe you could try to put both pla on the same power extension and check if the thing would still occur on the PLA.

Not sure how does the emule works, if the application is build in the firmware and there is no firmware update on NAS325v2 recently, the issue might not be a firmware. I think maybe there is some version updated on the emule server cause the application on NAS is not accessible.
