Zyxel NAS 520 - meta repo can't be seen by the NAS

hi,
I have NAS 520 and can't install meta repo, after refreshing list, it is still empty, NAS can't see the repo. (I used all the links to prefix file, w/o ".txt") Can someone pls help?
