Re: USG FLEX H models: security services by policy?
Another feature that was deleted from the previous model. WHO PLANNED THAT? HOW can you NOT implement features from the previous model? EVERY user is expecting that. I have 2 customers i wish i had not sold the new H model because NONE of the previous features i used are working or even exist anymore.
Seriously this is bad!

Re: Alert in NWA90AX
Hi @FabioBasso,
To find out the exact reason for the alert you’re seeing in the Nebula mobile app, you’ll need to check the device’s event logs or alert details in the Nebula Control Center (NCC) web interface. The mobile app typically only shows a general warning, while the web portal provides more detailed information.
Here’s how you can check it:
- Log in to your Nebula Control Center (NCC) account using a web browser.
- Go to Site-wide > Devices > Access points.
- When the status shows “amber: alert”, hover over the icon to check what is the problem. Alternatively, to pinpoint the exact error, click on your device to open its details page to check the alert information.
- If you would like to view detailed logs, you can navigate to the Event log tab to review recent system logs and alerts.
You can refer to this FAQ for more instructions on checking the AP status via NCC if needed.
FLEX 100H v1.32 hard crashing with multiple admins logged in?
Are we the only ones seeing this🤬??
This has happened to roughly 8 different firewalls (at our client's sites, of course….) and results in complete loss of network connectivity, requiring someone to physically power-cycle the device to restore functionality.
It is not EVERY time reproduceable, but it has happened enough times for us to see a pattern…when multiple admins are simultaneously logged in to the web GUI, there is (guessing) a 1 in 5 chance that the firewall will lock up, usually after one of the admins logs out…
This just happened to me again today while helping another tech investigate an unrelated issue…and I am curious if anyone else has encountered this?

Re: XGS1210/XGS1250 - Port Descriptions
Hi @SwerveShot,
Thank you for inquiring. This idea is on our roadmap; however, due to the priority of the firmware release, we have not scheduled a date for the firmware that will support this feature.
You may follow our switch new and release category for the news.
Re: IKEv2 causes USG to crash
Plump clickbait and attention seeking. Before any further discussion here, go and check the total number of CVE's per brand1 and then per brand2. Duh.
Issue with NR2301 Router Not Connecting to Signal After Crossing Borders
Hello,
I'm a seafarer and I'm experiencing unusual behavior with the NR2301 router. When we travel from one country to another, the router does not automatically connect to the mobile network. I have to remove the SIM card, insert it into my mobile phone to get a signal, and then reinsert it into the router. Only then does the router receive a signal. Restarting or turning the router off and on does not help.
Could you please advise if there’s a way to make the router reconnect automatically or if a setting needs to be adjusted?
Thank you.
