I would love to be able to bulk enable alerts by device type for clients. Either using a flag, or just checking boxes in a column view.

Currently many of my customers have Zywall USG110, USG40W and USG60W devices that I have been recommending for 8-10 years because they are very good value for money, for SMEs. A few weeks ago I saw Zyxel's announcement putting these products in End of Life (24.05.2022) almost out of the blue, I find this deadline too short, for patching and budget issues. The current series: Flex (year 2020) & ATP (2019) do not reassure me completely because I do not have an EOL date. Do you know what validity these products currently have? Could you tell me if there are new products for Firewalling / Web-Email coming soon, I would not like to recommend these products to my customers and have them already in EOL in 2023! Thank you for your comeback.

Just for anyone reading this because you have the same problem, I finally resolved it...
I ticked the "Roaming" box in Network admin options and rebooted the router and it seems to be working fine now. I've no idea why I had to do this though though as it is definitely a UK sim card and works fine in my mobile phone without enabling Roaming! Bizarre!

Latest FW update V1.00(ABUV.7)C0 fixes this behaviour. From the release notes we can find the issue

I think this will surely help you. Unplug the router and modem. Wait at least 30 seconds. Plug in the modem and press the power button to turn it on, if needed. Wait at least 60 seconds and then plug in the router. Press the power button to turn it on, if needed. Wait at least 2 minutes before testing or using the devices.

Which device is providing your WiFi please?
- if it is the AX7501-B0 then you might be able to change it on there, but you should look to use WPA2 at least in order to have secure WiFi.
Unfortunately, the AX7501-B0 user guide is not able for free download, but you can register for it at https://service-provider.zyxel.com/emea/en/products/fiber-oltsonts/10g-active-fiber/hgus/ax7501-b-series under Downloads and Resources.
