@Nebula_Melen How can I submit a tracking ticket? Can you please explain in more detail the licence application? For example, if I have 10 sites in the same organisation. I want 2 sites to be PRO and 8 sites to be BASE. Can I do it in the same organisation?

Thanks @Nebula_Chris I will check the cat6 patch lead from the modem to the WAN port. How can I see the linking speed from the portal? I can only see the below. Can you please explain how I can check the speed once I'm on site?

@Zyxel_Jeff I think this could have been better explained on the website as your table there is very misleading. I just made my customer upgrade from USG to ATP and now I don't know how to justify this £2k upgrade anymore.
