Maybe you can try port 9002 for twonky. Or do you have any network policy to restrict access after certain time?

It's running in web interface indeed.

I think you may move eSATA HDD to the internal one and use the new HDD for eSATA. Better to backup data to another place before the resynchronization.
-
Do you have a screenshot for the error message?
-
Have you tried reset the NAS? I mean clear all settings...
-
1. "open an Access database on the Nas" means a windows folder(to NAS) in your PC? 2. When NAS disappears, can you ping it on your PC?
-
The App Backup Planner should do the job, but it may take quite some time.
-
Can you refresh it in "All Apps"? you should be able to download the list. If no, check your network setting (gateway, DNS).
-
Open Command Prompt, type cmd at Windows search page. And then type net use * /delete to flash login history. After that, try again. You can edit folder's access right for specific user.

Do you try to reboot NAS326? How do you connect to NAS326? What is the network topology? Does macOS device directly connect to NAS326 or both devices are connected to the router?
-
What do you mean that you cannot change IP from manually to automatically? Is there more description about your problem? Do you able to access its web interface?
