Upgrade internal NAS (basic) disk 1TB to a bigger one

Hi, I've been using a Zyxell NAs 326 for a long time.
Inside there are two discs: one 1TB and one 4TB formatted in the "basic disk" mode. I would now like to buy a new 4TB disc to replace the 1TB one.
Is there any way to clone the old disc and then replace it with a larger one?

The App Backup Planner should do the job, but it may take quite some time.0
