Hi @Zyxel_Jerry, It's frustrating but when I use the app to send a mail to Zyxel, it comes back to tell me the email user does not exist. It sends it to multy_support@zyxel.com.tw. That didn't work and then I removed the .tw and it still didn't work. So here is my screenshot.

Thanks for the reply. It does seem strange that the uoad speed is correct but the download speed is wrong. If it's a limitation with the CPU, wouldn't the update speed be wrong as well?

I have done that and waiting for an answer. I just wanted to see if anybody on here had a similar experience with Android 11 with losing connection to 5Ghz connections. Thanks.

@ Pixel Unfortunately, that makes no difference. Have just upgraded to the latest firmware on the Multy X. We'll see if that makes any difference.

Great! Thanks for clarifying!

Consider connecting a Fing box to your router. It will alert you to outages and can be configured to run speed tests up to 6 times a day. It can also email you a monthly report.

Thank you Eric for your quick reply.

Thanks Hanamichi! I obviously missed that ?

Thank you!

Recently, Ookla (Speedtest) server has changed its protocol from http to https to cause Multy X cannot get server list. We are working to modify the configuration file of Speedtest and will release new firmware to fix…

It's usual for Zyxel to release firmware before the release notes. Found a link from the previous release and modified it for this release, but it doesn't work ftp://ftp2.zyxel.com/WSQ50/firmware/V2.10(ABKJ.7)C0.pdf. I guess they will post a link soon, I hope.

As if by magic, the firmware released today seems to have fixed the problem I’ve had for 1 week. It would be great to get the release notes.

Since 29th November, I've had 7 times when the internet connecton has been lost, usually when I'm asleep. 2 of the those 5 times, I've had to reboot the router to get internet access as the internet never came back until I did that. The other 5 times, it recovered by itself. Before then, it was very rare to get downtime.…

No, I used the Multy X app when I got home and it couldn’t connect. The LED status was red.
