Is there anything other than selecting Desktop in the NAS Starter Utility to move/copy/del files. My permissions are a bit wrong in some Dirs on the NAS which means on these particular dirs I can only copy/move/delete using Desktop in NAS Starter Utility rather than via windows on the affected dirs. Still heard absolutely nothing from Zyxel. I think perhaps their days are numbered? :( I guess this is what happens when you buy a low cost product compared to a quality one like QNAP or Synology.

I've send two Emails to Zyxel & not had any response. Are the company on the verge of insolvency? 3 months with this problem & no fix. Something is NOT right at Zyxel!! :'(

I'm astounded that Zyxel have not bought out a hotfix for this. My guess is that they have made a real Boo Boo & don't know how to fix this problem!!!! :s

It's now October. I am appalled that I am unable to copy/move/delete folders or files since the last f/w update. I spoke to Zyxel earlier & have been told that no fix is due until the end of November!! This has gone on for far too long! I am utterly shocked that Zyxel are taking this ridiculous amount of time to sort this.…
