    @Mijzelf good tip there,not used to unix commands and ssh and putty,but i got the files deleted.

    Still heard absolutely nothing from Zyxel. I think perhaps their days are numbered? :( I guess this is what happens when you buy a low cost product compared to a quality one like QNAP or Synology.

    I think, the zyxel company will close very soon. This situation & progress is not normal.

    Is there anything other than selecting Desktop in the NAS Starter Utility to move/copy/del files. My permissions are a bit wrong in some Dirs on the NAS which means on these particular dirs I can only copy/move/delete using Desktop in NAS Starter Utility rather than via windows on the affected dirs. Well, I can't know because latest f/w stuffed it up! H E L P ! (Please).

    same problem for me, can't delete or move file... when i try to login with putty error: Network error: connection refused. Someone can help me? i need to downgrade the firmware to fixit plz

    For Nas 326 there will be a firmware update

    V5.21(AAZF.3)
    available. This will solve this problem. Should be seen in the dashboard Settings>System>FW Upgrade.
