If you unplug NSA325v2's disk and plug it to new NAS device, it may not work due to different file system format. You can backup data in somewhere, and then copy it to new NAS device. Or using backup feature of NSA325v5 to backup data to new NAS device.

Can you explain more details about your problem? Do you mean Twonky Media Player not show on NAS542's dashboard? Has any screenshots?

Can you share the screenshots about the error message when cannot access NAS326 via Windows 10? And how do you access NAS326 with Windows 10? Does Windows 10 device able to access the web interface of NAS326?

If one disk fails in Raid 5, no data loss can happen. If two or more disks fails, you can get data loss. The space of RAID 5 with 3 X 8 TB disk. The space of RAID 5 with 4 X 8 TB disk.

So, your NAS540's firmware version is V5.21(AATB.3)C0 now? And your problem is that you cannot find your NAS540 in your PC (Windows 7, 8 and 10)? May I know how do you to find/access your NAS540 and got nothing? Is there any steps or screenshots?

Did you try to put a new disk to replace faulty disk, then try again?

Do you mean "admin" shared folder? How do you delete it? Normally, it should not able to delete. If it already gone, you may need to use 3rd party tool to restore the folder, but not sure it can restore successfully or not.
