What is the model of the printer? And did you do any modify before the printer got offline? Seems it could work at first.

Did you use Basic Dropbox account? or upgraded recently? As I know, Plus / Professional accounts are not supported by NAS542.

You need to use FTP client to connect your NAS326 to upload/download files. FTP client such as FileZilla Client. (https://filezilla-project.org/download.php?platform=osx)

Is there any screenshots or message about error (code 100057)? Maybe you can try to use FTP service to download your photo from NAS326 to your PC.

In addition to HomePlug LED no light, do you encountered other problem? About HomePlug LED off, it means your PLA4201 does not connect to other powerline device. Do you have only one PLA4201 or more than one?
