Sorry but I have now the same problem with my NAS542. I downloaded the "NAS540_521AATB3C0_Upgradekey" of Mijzelf, but the led red appears and the device don´t do it, nothing and reboot again. When you tall about "serial connection" what do you meant? I´m very lost with the solution.

I have the same problem with the NAS542 now. Any solution?

Hi All, I have a lot of problem for reproduce the sound DTS 5.1 in my NAS542 with plex. Some movies run but another ones no. How could be fixed?

Sorry for come back again with another problem with the Plex. I install and create a account, all without problem. The Plex detect the NAS but when I want create a folder with for share the media with the TV, I can´t set the folders of the Video, for example, of the NAS. I only have this folder option that really is not…
