@bymusty The devices need 5.21 Patch 1 before reboot, Signature 1.0.0.20220316.0 can´t upgrade to devices with the affected version. Devices not getting error signatures to have no issues by the 316 version.

Hi BoJack, Nebula Update will be 3/16 via Nebula Update Online. The signature update broke the module so we can´t upgrade/downgrade the Signature, this is why an update will be mandatory. Thanks.

Peter, Reset didn´t help! Please follow SOP: https://support.zyxel.eu/hc/en-us/articles/4637859383698 Schedule Backup can cause it, but not on VPN Series as Application / IDP Signature must be there.

Hi @DFurio, on which Portal? Nebula? MyZyxel? Usually, you can Transfer a license to another User using License Transfer features. If you can´t find it, log a ticket with Serial Number / Mac / Account from and to with the same information and we´ll help you to move it.…

Hi @papu You need to create 2 SSID one with 5GHz and one with 2,4GHz then you can use Tags to set them to dedicated AP, which should only display 5GHz or bands. In Radio Settings you can put 2,4GHz to 1dB if you don´t want to split it. Regards, Tobias
