    Hi @Tibasoft

Please update to the latest firmware V5.36P2 directly. Before updating the firmware, please back up your config to avoid there are any unexpected issues occurring. Thanks.

We can assist to fix this, please send me HTTPS Admin Access via Private Message or contact us through https://support.zyxel.eu and send me Ticket Number in PM.

  • Hi, We have the same issue with a couple of USG-20VPN and Flex-50's, USG-60 when updating the new 5.36 r2. Update will start but keeps counting. Tried reboot; manual update; update via CLI (# cloud-helper clean-download and than #cloud-helper get firmware 1.

Same issue, update starts, but never reboots.

    Hi @Tibasoft @DavidDeLaet

I recommend following the steps for upgrading firmware after switching to the other partition.

  • Hi Stanley,

The onsite update does indeed work, I was hoping for a remote fix as we have about 150 zyxel USG devices. We are currently getting an inventory which devices did not update. We've been 2 days busy performing updates.

    Regards,

    David
