Hi If you are using the router in nebula (cloud managed) mode you can't use SSL VPN. This feature has been requested but not currently available under Nebula.

i have both full nebula firewall sites and site with firewall in cloud monitoring mode the function of "Show other devices" in topology is the same ie it doesn't work. in the cloud monitored senario (nebula pro) switches and wap are all full nebula (wax650s and xs3800s, xs1930-12hp) but the atp 700 is shown as ? with box…

Hi Melen just tested on a nebula pro network with additional zyxel kit connected (atp700 in cloud monitor mode and 6x xgs2210-52HP) box still greyed and un-selectable. Does that mean the atp700 doesn't send LLDP packet?

Hi Melen would need to test Shame to see the mac table of a switch is a pro feature i would consider that very basic function

Hi Stanley I have accessed this but this seems to defeat the point of Nebula? If I have to be on the LAN to access the device local GUI I would just ping the LAN devices normally through command line on my laptop? Hi Joslyn thanks for the replys. 2. do you not think it causes more confusion by sometimes calling clients "stations" and sometimes calling stations "clients" would it not make sense to give an element a uniform name across products and UI? On all the NXCs USGs etc all the clients are called "Stations" 3.if only capability…

Can i add that if you have installed the Zyxel IPSec SecuExtender windows client and then want to use windows built-in VPN client again for other connections you will need to uninstall SecuExtender first, as the 2 cannot work together.

Thanks Chris will check this out

can you share the full solution please this seems a common issue
