Ok I see the category list. I have dark mode in my browser running. I'm new to nebula managed firewall. I noticed real problem is I don't have a security policy defined with content filter applied. How do I do that. On premise GUI it was already there.

I called support and figured it out. Reset firewall to factory and then don't touch it. Open Nebula add device at organization level via serial number and mac address. Assign to site with zero touch config

After reading the help docs it says you have to factory reset and then choose Nebula management. I have it running the new 5.10 firmware, factory reset, but still get the local management page and no option to select Nebula mgmt. What am I doing wrong?

Thanks guys. I ran the ipsec wizard and securextender would not connect. I was assuming it was because I am using port 443 for another application. Guess I'll have to troubleshoot wizard elsewhere. Error was server not available.

Peter, It's an ATP200 running latest 5.02 firmware. I'm looking for IPSec / Secuextender setup rather than ssl vpn.

Same problem here with ATP200 / ATP100. Need better quality control on these firmware updates.

Stanley, Yep the https domain filter was turned off. I was having a problem with it blocking certain youtube sites. I'm also noticing the 4.60 firmware seems to have been pulled? Do you know status? I have another FW to upgrade.

I think what's happening is I'm not getting any data from https sites. I'm probably missing something with SSL service

I have an ATP200 with same settings that is pulling data normally. The only above was the "forward websites tick" was disabled. Same setting on my ATP200 and it pulls data normally.

Just experienced another hang on reboot. I now think it's the content filter that's causing the hang. Yesterday I had a site that was dead. I tried to lookup via test url feature and it returned an error message. I hard powercycled the device after hang and did the same test and content filter returned normal messages.

What would really be helpful is if when a website is blocked by ip reputation that it notifies user in browser and an option to submit for white list. As it is it just times out and you don't know what is causing it.

Thanks, I've tried several things that haven't worked, but will try this method.

Rebooted firewall a 2nd time after update and seems to be showing data now. Close ticket.

FYI I also factory reset to see if that will fix reboot hang problem

Jerry, This occurred again on ATP200. Secureporter data blank and tried a remote soft reboot. Firewall hung and had to go into office to hard reboot. I'm likely going to factory reset and rebuild from scratch to see if it corrects the problem. I have some remote clients long distance so the reboot issue is a little…
