Thanks Peter The affected devices were spread all over so not a coverage thing, as confirmed by our testing in the office where the EE connection was working fine in an alternative (Non Zyxel) device. At this stage I am happy to accept the mystery as we had run out of things to try and fix it! John

Thanks for getting back to me. We will look at sourcing an alternative firewall/AP. Currently we setup sites with a FWA510 and try to resolve mobile network coverage/performance with placement and alternative networks, At the point we cannot achieve acceptable performance we would look to move the mobile device externally…
