FWA510 Stopped Connecting to EE (UK)
We have 17 FWA510's which connect to the EE network and have been reliably working for months.
Starting last night devices that restart will not reconnect to the mobile network devices that have maintained a connection continue to work.
Our fleet of devices are on firmware version V1.18(ACGD.4)C0
We have a test unit on the bench here and we cannot get it to connect to EE's mobile service.
We have tried:
Numerous factory resets
Moving the SIM to an alternative device and it connects as expected.
Install an alternative network (Vodafone) SIM and it connects (although we had to manually set the APN)
Any ideas what is going on? we are at a loss?? Thanks

I'm with EE with the FWA510 and all seems fine here just when the IP changes when in IP passthrough does it stop working
maybe the network was down in your area?

The affected devices were spread all over so not a coverage thing, as confirmed by our testing in the office where the EE connection was working fine in an alternative (Non Zyxel) device.
At this stage I am happy to accept the mystery as we had run out of things to try and fix it!
