VLAN can be configured just fine in LTE7480-M804. I have it working. What is missing? MTU setting should always be available, it is weird that it is not exposed in web interface.

Competition (Ubiquity and Mikrotik among others) do support SFP at 2.5g with those GPON modules. Zyxel GPON SFP module (model is PMG3000-D20B) works with products from those companies, but not with Zyxel switches? I find this at least embarrassing for Zyxel, having own product not work with their other own products. Is…

I understand the concept, however I must disagree with your decision to hide all IGMP features behind a paying license. I understand you want to have a profit from Nebula, but those IGMP options are considered basic functionality for a managed switch. All managed switches have them. I think you should reconsider this…

If I configure those options with Nebula Pro trial, when trial expires, settings will continue to be correctly configured? And will only need to get again Nebula Pro if a new change is required?
-
Apologizing doesn't help, you should enable mentioned IGMP features with Nebula basic free license. Otherwise it was a false advertisment of your product. I would probably not buy your switches or at least part of them if I knew those options were not available when using Nebula. Nebula was a deciding factor to buy Zyxel…

I configured pimd multicast routing daemon on my linux router and now igmp snooping works as expected. This means that when in Nebula mode, the above Zyxel switches do not enable querier features (IGMPv3 60 Membership Query, general on 224.0.0.1) when IGMP snooping is enabled as shown in attached screenshot. However, I…

You advertise the mentioned features: • IGMP snooping (v1, v2, v3)* • Configurable IGMP snooping timer and priority • IGMP snooping statistics • IGMP throttling • IGMP filtering • Static multicast It was never advertised that those features need extra payment. So you are telling me the only way to use those features is to…

The datasheet of XGS1930-28 for example shows support for: • IGMP snooping (v1, v2, v3)* • Configurable IGMP snooping timer and priority • IGMP snooping statistics • IGMP throttling • IGMP filtering • Static multicast I expect to use those features without extra payment, using Nebula cloud or not. Please fix this or…

Got a USB 2.5g ethernet adapter with RTL8156B chipset. This does 2.5g auto-negotiation immediately. So it is either a problematic RTL8125B chip on my motherboard or a compatibility issue between XS1930 and RTL8125B. Will have a new motherboard with RTL8125B soon to test that as well.

I just noticed that on the switch port where the PC connects, I have some RX CRC errors. Info says "CRC errors indicate packet error in the network, potentially caused by bad cables or transceivers. Please check your physical connection to resolve it". Since cabling works fine for NWA210AX, I would assume the issue lies on…

Yes, same issue with Linux. When the port speed in switch is configured as "Auto", driver mentions downshift and to check cables. But as I already said, on same cables/wall socket/patch cord, NWA210AX always does 2.5g autonegotiation. When the port speed in switch is at fixed 2.5g, then PC tries to connect around 4-5…

Also, as far as I know 2.5g should be capable with cat5e as well, no need for cat6. I am pretty sure the problem is on the motherboard's RTL8125 adapter. But I need to know if this is a specific problematic adapter or there is an incompatibility with all RTL8125 devices. I will try to get another computer with RTL8125 to…

I can't find management->maintenance option in Nebula, where exactly is it? As I already said, I tried the NWA210AX at the same RJ45 socket where I connect my PC, and NWA210AX has no problem auto-negiotiating 2.5g Cable is JetLan6+ UTP PVC 350MHz. Patch panel is Digitus with DN-93603 CAT6 Keystone Wall socket is Schneider…

It was something I made it happen by bad handling when I removed/re-added one access point, or it was something irrelevant of my actions? Asking in order to avoid happening again.

I want to thank Jay because he tried to find a solution for the issue. Unfortunately issue still hasn't been resolved and I don't want to try any more. Issue was traced down to a point that KS8000 doesn't accept encrypted packets from NWA210AX after resuming from standby or even after reboot. KS8000 seems associated but…
