Hi Nami, Will do when it happens again. I restarted it and I cannot reproduce it for now. The only error I am getting now is I need to click "Try Again" button a few times before it actually logs me in. It does not happen in "Private browser mode". Hi Nami, I get similar problem with other browsers - Chrome, Firefox, Edge. It used to be persistent and it's intermittent now for some reason. I suspect there is something wrong with this particular unit and I will probably replace it. I am good with using a browser in a private mode for now. Thanks, Mikhail

There are many ways that bug in the switch could result in broken UI. Based on my tests I do not see any way how that problem could be outside of the switch. It's up to you if you want to escalate and fix the bug. I am ok with the work around. Thanks

I tried both ways - IP and FQDN with the same result. It works for a bit and then starts breaking the UI. It happens in the same way when I try to use a new browser - it works for a bit and then breaks. If there was no bug, it would not matter if I use IP or name, or any browser.

Can you explain your logic? Bug can depend on cookies that software creates.

Can you please explain what is a "private mode"? Or pointer to a documentation? I could not find it anywhere. Sample screenshots of the broken UI. It goes normal after several refresh pages in the browser. Works exactly same on Firefox, Chrome, and Safari. Clearing cache and cookies does not help.

Hi Jay, The pre-created Wiz_X_Profile_X profiles for security , SSID, radios filled up all slots and did not go away after resetting the device. I had to use CLI to clean up the AP. Thanks
