how do i configure the session limits because its hotel apartments?

when existing accounts when they trying to renew or connect back the web portal not appearing i need to restart the whole gateway Zyxel UAG5100 after restarting it started to appear webportal

for all exiting accounts and when try to use new device for connection the webportal not appearing instead it displaying no internet

tried updating firmware ,but still same may be its system log issue?

whenever user try to login back to access internet the web portal is not appearing on screen instead of displaying no internet ,is this systems logs issue are some configuration issue? after restarting the Zyxel UAG5100 gateway machine, then only web page appearing on screen kindly let me know

this device used for wifi connecting to inhouse guest sometimes that web page doesnt appear then i need to restart the services or machine uag5100 no other services are running on it cpu usage 92% no vpn or ipsec are using
