Based on the issue you've described, we assume that the issue is the AP not being managed by the NXC5500, here are the key troubleshooting steps to verify:

AP Management Configuration

• Access the AP management menu on your NXC5500
  
• Verify that the AP has been manually added to the managed AP list

Note: May you choose automatic management settings previous, however, you've switched to manual mode now.

DHCP Server Settings

• Check your NXC5500's DHCP server configuration
• Confirm that the IP address pool is sufficient to accommodate all network devices
  Ensure the DHCP service is running properly

LAN Configuration
If your network uses VLANs, verify proper VLAN settings on both The NXC5500 controller port and switch port.

To enable the AP Controller to accept and manage APs automatically, please go to Configuration > Wireless > Controller and choose "Always Accept"

If you choose Manual mode, please go to Configuration > Wireless > AP Management > Mgmt. AP List, select the AP, and click the Add button to manage that AP.
