  • Set passthrough to off and can now access internet. Strangely I set passthrough to on as with it off originally I could only connect one computer to it any more than one and it threw a wobbly. Will see how it goes. Thanks and have a good Christmas and New Year
  • Have tried various combinations. Different switch, a managed one, no difference. The Wavlink works fine connected into a different router so again finger of blame points to the LTE. Not so much as in its suitability more in as I think a setting is incorrect.
  • Hi Yes my mistake obviously the LTE uses its 48v psu not 24v as I showed. It does work if I connect a signal from a different router into the switch. That is why I am thinking the LTE is the problem.
  • I have attached a drawing of how I have it wired up.
  • Have now loaded latest firmware but problem still present.
  • Hi Well I am doubly confused now. Switched the router off last night thern went to bed. Come this morning all is working as it should. Zyxel wifi is not available so how it turned itself off is beyond me. I had previously disabled IP passthrough but that had reinitialised itself so have disabled again. Anyway seems to be…

  • Hi Right everything was fine until I noticed that the Zyxel wifi was on and as I am sure I had disabled it I tried to access the router. For the life of me trying to recall user id and password failed miserably. So I did a reset to try to use admin 1234 did not work So switched on off still no luck and so finally held…

  • Hi Screenshots attached. Screenshot A is taken from the users manual and as you can see the second line in red type mentions the 2m limit Screenshot B taken from quick start guide and shows unit mounted at top of house wall. Either it is avery small house or is along way over 2m. Thanks

  • Which I have now done. Now one other quick question that you may be able to answer. It says in the LTE74904 user guide, but not the quick start guide, not to mount the device at a height over 2m. 1 Why is this? 2 If so why does the quick start guide show it mounted high up at the top of 2 floor house? Regards

  • Hello an update. I got a dumb switch and it did not work until I disabled IP passthrough then is ok both computers accessing internet together. So I then put the smart Netgear switch back and guess what both work okay with that now. Maybe I need some new cables as some are bent though all marked CAT5e so should be okay.…
  • +-Hi Many thanks for being so patient. I managed to switch to ip passthrough off but has made no difference. I am thinking od getting a ''dumb' switch as opposed to the smart one I am using and see if that makes any difference. Regards Dave
  • Hi Cannot see where the option is. Following the user guide to navigate to Network Setting - Broadband It gives options of Cellular WAN Cellular APN Cellular Sim Cellular Band Cellular PLMN Cellular IP Passthrough Cellular Lock as shown in the attached screenshot 55 Only problem is in my setup the Cellular IP Passthrough…
