    Hi @Bogart ,

LTE74904-M904 WIFI function is only for management purpose.

It allows user to login the device for setting, and will disable 30 mins after boot up.

If you would want to accessed wirelessly with Internet, you will need to connect another router to LTE74904-M904's LAN.

    thank you.

Which I have now done. Now one other quick question that you may be able to answer. It says in the LTE74904 user guide, but not the quick start guide, not to mount the device at a height over 2m.

    1 Why is this?

2 If so why does the quick start guide show it mounted high up at the top of 2 floor house?

    Regards

    Hi

    Screenshots attached.

Screenshot A is taken from the users manual and as you can see the second line in red type mentions the 2m limit

Screenshot B taken from quick start guide and shows unit mounted at top of house wall. Either it is avery small house or is along way over 2m.

    Thanks

My antenna is about 4 meters up on the wall.

I have better signals from there than up on the roof.

    Hi

I figured higher the better in theory. Still unsure why 2m is mentioned.

    Hi

    Right everything was fine until

I noticed that the Zyxel wifi was on and as I am sure I had disabled it I tried to access the router. For the life of me trying to recall user id and password failed miserably. So I did a reset to try to use admin 1234 did not work So switched on off still no luck and so finally held reset button in for 10 seconds. Ever since then I have no internet, solid green light on router but no access to internet. Any ideas?

Sorry I am a real pain I know

Cellular APN / Modify / Turn Off IP Passthrough / OK.

You may need to reboot (not factory reset).
