Hi Daniel_TMC , NR7101 IP passthrough be enabled by default, LAN unit will obtain WAN IP address from network side. Did you try disable IP passthrough to check whether improve the problem or not? (Go to web GUI>Network Setting>Broadband>Cellular APN>Modify APN#1>disable IP Passthrough)

Hi vanderloeb , the device LED is off it may device not receive power. If device exact receive power, you can check whether device displays complete information on Cellular WAN Status GUI page(GUI>System Monitor>Cellular WAN Status) and also try Reset button via web GUI(GUI>Maintenance>Back/Restore>Reset).

Hi Fremmed, my NR5101 with firmware 100ABVC4C0 and my mobile phone connect to NR5101's WiFi can access to device via Zyxel Air App. You may download Zyxel Air App from App Store or Google Play. I hope it will help you.

Hi diogene, LTE7490-M904 default in IP Passthrough mode(bridge mode), so ping to device doesn't work. Regarding SSH access from device's WAN, firstly make sure your SIM card have ability to get public WAN IP or not, then you can configure device in routing mode(refer below Image01) and enable SSH for WAN on "MGMT Services"…

Hi Pawel , the modem information all shows N/A is oddly. Did the problem happen at the first time bootup the device? Is it possible exchange a new one from the store where you bought the device?
