I have the same problem with my GS-1910-hp. Planned obsolescene? Don't think I'll buy another Zyxel. Never could find a manual for the version of software on mine. Not impressed with the lack of support.

Thanks for trying but this location does not contain the manual for my version of software. If you look at the title page it is for version 1.0 not 2.0. They are quite different. Best regards. Glenn.
