You can disable the twonky server on your NAS, the CPU might drop. Or try to backup your file and reset your NAS. What firmware do you want to upgrade to?

What do you mean it works for a while and it is not working? Does it mean you can access but the folder cannot be seen? Can you share the screenshots for the setting? And what is the model and firmware version?

Does the Alexa deivce always has the problem? You can try to said : "ask my multy ....." to test if it works.

How did you delete your file from the file explorer? I always delete my files from file explorer by access \\nas542\, and the bin always has the files that i deleted.

As i know, the 450M that you saw on the PLA tool should be the phy rate between the PLA, and it will be much different than the actual throughput. How do you check the speed of 70Mbps? on the AP Tool? What is the color of the PLA homeAV light? and you better make sure you have connected the PLA with the ground wire too,…

You may try to connect a PC to the other end of the PLA, and do the speedtest.net on the PC if it can only reach more than 70M? What is the internet throughput from your Internet provider?

In this case, it may not able to work because of the double NAT, one on your phone, another one on your Router. You can use the Zyxel drive, this App will be easier to use. What you have to do is to pair your NAS with Zyxel cloud and login in the zyxel drive App, then you will able to stream your date on the App.

The domain name the App should include the port number. In your case, you can type with xxxxxx.zyxel.me:7809 on the App.

What kind of transfer method did you use? FTP / CIFS / web-GUI? Do you use SSD on the internal disk for NAS326?

What is your IP address for both interface on NAS and what is the IP address of your PC? 

Can you provide its model name and firmware version?

As far as I know, N220 cannot work with Samsung Smart TV. Samsung Smart TV need to use specific USB WiFi dongle which it can support.
