N220 set up on my smart tv

can I plug my N220 into my Samsung smart TV and connect to my Fios Wi-Fi?

  As far as I know, N220 cannot work with Samsung Smart TV.
  Samsung Smart TV need to use specific USB WiFi dongle which it can support.
