update. if i enable x-auth fron client (this must be enablet or it's not workin) then client gives p1 algorithm mismatch

I'm having the same issue whit NSW100-28P. IT shows in ncc but after about 5min ncc says it's offline, cannot update. And nsw 100-28p locator indicator is black, not blue Can you please advise what i can do?

can the nsg series do this too? or will it reguire usg series
