    Hi @Pook ,

    Please check the followings first for your NSW100-28P:
    1. Your NSW100 is online on NCC.
    2. Your network environment can reach the domain firmware.nebula.zyxel.com which is our firmware server.
    =>You may ping firmware.nebula.zyxel.com from the Switch.
    3. You gateway or ISP doesn't block HTTPS(TCP 443)
    => Nebula device uses HTTPS to download firmware.

    If there is still having problem after checking above, please share your organization/site name and enable Zyxel Support at Help > Support request page, so we can access your organization to check.

    I'm having the same issue whit NSW100-28P. IT shows in ncc but after about 5min ncc says it's offline, cannot update.
    And nsw 100-28p locator indicator is black, not blue 
    Can you please advise what i can do?

    The symptom you mentioned is "Switch can be online on NCC but gets offline after 5 minutes".
    To identify the problem, please enable Zyxel Support at Help > Support request page of your organization, and share your organization/site/Switch name so that we can access your site to check.

    Hi @HTU1973,

    Please upgrade your NSW series switch to the latest firmware. You can find the latest firmware for the NSW series switch on the End-of-Life webpage.

    You may also use ZON Utility to upgrade firmware.
