While there is no Migration path I find the best option is to create a new site in Nebula. Add the Flex to this site and then manually copy over the config. I manage 615 Nebula devices, and I can vouch changes take just a few moments. I can't explain why you are seeing slow issues in your environment :-(

Upgrading to a Flex series gives you much better granular control for VOIP.

Unfi is a great system but for business applications I have found the ZyXel products to be superior especially on very large projects. UniFi is fine for home and small office.

Any ETA on a fix?
