Maybe you need to do a diagnostic as in picture. When ready, power off your modem for @least 2 minutes. Restart also computer. Log in with 192.168.2.1

Did you push @least 10 seconds on the factory reset button?

Are you absolutely sure you entered exactly as it says? I and 1 as well as 0 and O? admin must be written in lowercase letters.

The problem is your ISP, not the modem so..... Why do they disconnect? My ISP never shut down so i'm a bit confused why yours do?

If I do a factory reset on my NR7101, my modem goes into passthrough mode. The APN remains if you have a SIM card in the modem because it is auto-APN after a reset.

What bands are you using in your area?

What does the Zyxel AIR show if you connect it to the NR7101 internal wifi (Zyxel_Router) while not having internet through LAN?

Try downgrade back to ABUV8 or earlier......

So if you check your bandlock @ 5G now it is unchecked? It is possible to do as you describe but when you change to NSA it will go back to unchecked 5G bandlock! It will only work in SA-mode.......

Tried power off modem about 3 minutes or more, not just a reboot?
