Odd NR7101 Cell Info

Does anyone have any ideas what is going on here. For context, I've been using the NR7101 for about 15 months and 5G NSA became available about 9 months ago. Cell info has always looked normal, with 3-4 channels aggregating (B3+B3+B20+NR1).

B20 sometimes disappears, so I consider that normal behavior.

Now yesterday we had a brief drop out, and when the modem reconnected the stats being reported looked very odd. Under service information, as you will see, many parameters are missing and CQI is showing 0 (normally 14 or 15).

The NR PCC channel stats are also very odd - this would normally be NR1, not that you could determine this from what is shown.

The connection does register as 5G, and speeds are about where I'd expect them to be (150-250mbps down, 50mbps down - down is a little lower than I've seen where it can be 70-80mbps).

So what gives with the stats? Has anyone seen anything like this? Any thoughts on what I should do to get correct stat reporting back?

Thanks.

    Do as follows:

System Monitor / Cellular Wan Status.
Set refresh interval to 5 secs.
Do speedtests at the same time as you watch table.

If you do not use speedtests at the same time, the modem will go into power energy save.

Hi, thanks for the reply. There is no difference when monitoring the Cellular Wan Status.

I have checked it with 5s refresh configured, and doing a speed test. The speed test probably wasn't entirely necessary, as a 100GB game is currently downloading.
