If Internal IP addresses distributed via DHCP from the UDM SE are from the 192.168.1.1 Have you tried http://192.168.1.1:20080 Also please check the MGMT setting for IPPT.

Have you tried you ask Talkmobile LTE about this ? Sometimes ISP will reallocate IP at a specific time of the day which will cause disconnection. When the disconnection happen, will it be back shortly?

Do you know what error code W51 or W52 is about? For the Password, you can try not to set the PW for the WiFi first to check whether is it the issue of encryption. And the signal of NR5103Ev2, did you have the same issue (poor signal) using other device connect to NR5103Ev2? Or only the printer?
