I have a brand new GS1900-24 and everytime I try to update the firware the connection resets. Its running a July-2022 2.7 firware revision and I want to bring it to current 2.9. I've tried it in Chrome, Edge, Opera, and on a linux machine running its default browser.

Upgraded backup firmware listed as Unknown
gs1900 24E Active firmware is V2.40(AAHK.0) | 11/14/2017 I applied runtime-GS1900-24Ev2-V2.90(AAHK.1).bix to the backup slot but it shows "Unknown" under Information. I'm concerned if I try to activate, its going to brick the device (i.e. wont boot and let me revert) Please advise.
