If I type a wrong username i can see this message.

When the user is correct nothing appears but i get this messages spamming on the network console.

Tried resetting the device. After resetting it asks for a password change, then I come back to the previous screens. I can't proceed.

Also tried incognito mode, and different browsers.

Any suggestion?

    Hi @Tors10

Thanks for the video. Your issue is because your password includes unsupported characters.

Here is the character that GS1900 supports.

    Enter a password using the keyboard characters ("a – z", "A – Z", "0 – 9", ~!@#$%^&*()_+`–={}[]:;<>./\) for the user.

Please factory default the switch and configure the password with the supported characters.

    Hi @antonalberdi ,

We attempted to replicate your issue by upgrading the GS1900 from V2.70 to V2.90, but we couldn't reproduce the problem in our environment. Please try the following:

    • Turn on Javascript and Cookie setting in your web browser.
    • Turn off Popup Window Blocking in your web browser.

If the issue persists, please use JAM to record your steps and results so we can further investigate.

For some time now, the GS1900 switches have had login issues when using Firefox, and to some degree, when using Edge.

Navigate to the login page for your switch using Edge, and then select "Reload in Internet Explorer Mode". This seems to fix most issues with the GS1900 web interface.

    Hi @TiggerLAS,

What's your switch model, version, the edge version? If the Edge version is not up to date, could you update and try again? Because we didn't encounter login issues with Edge. Also, what symptom is your login issue?

    Hi @Tors10

Please check if your password contains a quotation mark ("). The password doesn't allow this character, so you need to factory default your switch and configure a password without a quotation mark (") for the admin password.

If it is not your case, please help to record the login issue with the browser plugin JAM from jam.dev, which can record the browser console and network activity for us to check your issue. Thanks.
