Proxy ARP bug not applying on power on

Had a power cut with UPS but the power went off for longer so the Zywall 110 went off, it came back on but my VLAN18 with Proxy ARP with 192.168.255.48/28 did not apply.
Workaround remove 192.168.255.48/28 from proxy arp then re-add 192.168.255.48/28 for things to start working again.

We have addressed this issue and fixed it in 4.33WK19.

You can upgrade to this patch and issue will gone.
And also will fix in next FCS firmware too.
