Are you able to open the browser 192.168.1.3:9001 on the browser with incognito web page ? You can also check the config on the NAS326, use telnet to login NAS and access as root user to check the command below cat /ram_bin/usr/local/dmsf/conf/twonkyserver.ini In the file the http port should stay the same in 9001 # HTTP…

Reset the NAS will not remove the data on the disk

Maybe you can try to capture packet when doing transmission and see if there is any ssh packet.
-
Are you using transmission when check the login status? Maybe you can try to stop the task on the transmission and check if there is still other users.
-
Have you try to reset or reboot your NAS to bring the server back? Or maybe there is some strange characters in one of your shares? Have you clear the cookies in your browser?
-
Could you share the screenshot of which steps do you stock on it?

I don't think the wireless router can block the all gaming. If you need to block all gaming, maybe you can consider to buy a firewall.

Hi,If would like to expand the volume , I think you need to recreate a new one go to Volume > Volume on disk group to create a new one. Before recreate a volume, please back up your file on the disk.
-
Do you create the folder under the same volume(volume2)? Maybe you map the same sharefolder on windows. Or you can backup all the file and recreate the disk group again.
-
You can check the share folders. And check if the folder is set up correctly on the right location.
-
You can go to storage manger >internal storage > volume > volume on disk group>you can create disk group here, and you can use exiting volume to create another volume.
-
Have you tried another ethernet cable cat6? or switch, switch port? If you have shell access to the NAS, you can type 'ifconfig' to check your current connection status
-
Is the DDNS still available to access?Maybe you can try to unregister and register again on the NAS.
