Nas 326 SSL Issue

Hi, I create ssl from sslforfree.com via my domain. I upload "certificate.crt" file to device on the Control Panel > SSL Page. After that, I get an error when I want to go to the SSL section in Control Panel.

Just like that : 

500 Internal Server Error

The server encountered an unexpected condition which prevented it from fulfilling the request.

                            Have you try to reset or reboot your NAS to bring the server back?
